The rebuild of Justice.com accounts impacted by a hardware failure earlier this week with one of our service providers is complete. However, some mailboxes may still receive "Service is unavailable" messages due to an unusually high number of connections and login attempts. Work is underway to resolve that traffic issue and also to address intermittent login and slowness issues which the impacted customers were experiencing. Inbound mail for impacted accounts continues to be queued for delivery once this is resolved and no mail will be lost. This page will be updated as additional system information becomes available.
